Registration Venue: Foreign experts are to register at the Belt and Road International Education Center of Shihezi University, while domestic experts are to register at Runchang Grand Hotel.

(II) Conference Registration Fees

• Conference Fee: Online Registration: 1,800 RMB/person for regular participants, 1,000 RMB/person for students.

Note: For participants who have registered and paid but are unable to attend, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, another person may attend in their place. Registration is considered valid upon receipt of the registration fee by the conference organizing committee. The payment time is based on the remittance or transfer time.

(III) Registration and Payment Methods

Invoice Information:

• ① The conference services company will issue electronic regular invoices .
• ② The invoice item will be listed as "Conference Service Fees" .
• ③ Participants must provide accurate invoice information (company name, taxpayer identification number, and email address) in the registration form .

After completing the conference registration, please pay the registration fee promptly and fill in the invoice information on the conference website in a timely manner after payment to facilitate verification and invoice issuance (electronic invoice). Electronic invoices will be sent to the email address provided during registration within 5 working days after the conference concludes.
